Case: Speedy supply of Mud Agitators that were urgently required
Customer urgently requires replacement of 2 units Mud Agitators for Icon Caren’s mud mixing system and due to long delivery time from OEM, customer decided to look for other option which is purchase of rebuild Mud Agitators.
Within 24 Hrs, SGIT found 2 units of rebuild Mud Agitators in the region and also provided a field technician to carry out full inspection, minor repair and witness test run of both mud agitators within 3 days before the mud agitators were shipped to customer.
